Exchange Info
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a simple exchange policy.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
Items are eligible for exchange if:
- Request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Tags and hygiene seals (if applicable) are intact
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible:
- Intimate wear (including panties, lingerie, and undergarments)
- Items marked as final sale
- Used or damaged items
3. Exchange Process
- Submit an exchange request within the allowed timeframe
- Once approved, return the item as instructed
- Replacement item will be dispatched after inspection
4. Exchange Charges
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
- Additional charges may apply if exchanging for a higher-value item
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- It will be replaced at no additional cost
- Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery
6. Refund Policy
Luxurie Style does not offer refunds. Exchanges are provided instead, subject to policy conditions.
